These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Greece, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Greece for the resolution of any disputes.
Cancelation
For a full refund of the Tour a cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior the pick-up time from the accommodation.
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before the pick-up time from the accommodation or is not showing up for the pick-up, the Tour is non-refundable.
There is also a case of canceling the excursion due to weather conditions or technical problems.
No guarantee of exact time
BIO LYRAKIS cannot guarantee the exact time of your pick-up with the bus. There may be a delay as well as an early arrival. For this reason, it is recommended that you arrive at the pickup point 10 minutes before the time given by the reservation system and stay there until your pick up.
